1) Do I get warranty on a device?
Yes, you get our standard 1 year warranty on the purchased equipment, please keep the invoice you received from us.
2) Am I entitled to return?
Yes, you have 14 days right of withdrawal, the return costs are for the account of the customer.
3) How much are the shipping costs?
For Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany and Austria the shipping costs are free, shipping costs to other countries are calculated at checkout. Our website only calculates the shipping costs within Europe. Please contact us via e-mail if you want to order and live outside Europe.
4) What does refurbished mean?
This means that we select the equipment with great care, internally and externally check, polish and overhaul the gear where necessary. This enables us to deliver excellent quality material and you can be sure that there are no defects.
5) How long does it take to deliver my parcel?
We ship via Bpost, PostNL and UPS. The average delivery time is 2-7 days in Europe.
The equipment is always shipped as soon as possible.
6) How is the equipment packed?
The equipment is always professionally packed using foam foil and shock-absorbing pads in a double-layered cardboard box.
This ensures that the chance of damage during transport is almost zero.
7) Can I trade/sell my equipment to you?
Sure, we are always looking for DJ gear in good condition. Please fill in our form if you want to sell something.
8) Are there any traces of usage on the equipment?
All equipment is in good, well maintained condition and has normal traces of usage. Make sure to check the pictures of the product you want carefully. All functions are tested and error free.
