Article 6: Right of withdrawal

The provisions of this article apply only to Customers who purchase items online from Used-djgear in their capacity as consumers. The Client has the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of 14 calendar days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which the Client or a third party designated by the Client, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the good.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Client must inform Used-djgear, Erkestraat 1, B-3910 Pelt, +32 472 05 87 34, jonas@used-djgear.com by an unequivocal statement (e.g. written by post or e-mail) of his decision to withdraw from the agreement. The Customer may use the attached model withdrawal form (at the end of these general terms and conditions of sale) for this purpose, but is not obliged to do so.

To comply with the withdrawal period, the Customer must send his communication concerning his exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

The Client must return the goods to Used-djgear, Erkestraat 1, B-3910 Pelt, without delay, but in any case no later than 14 calendar days after the day on which he communicated his decision to revoke the agreement to Used-djgear. The Client is on time if he returns the goods before the period of 14 calendar days has expired.

The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the Customer.

If the returned product is impaired in value in any way, Used-djgear reserves the right to hold the Customer liable and claim damages for any impairment of the goods resulting from the Customer's use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods. If the equipment has been twisted open, attempted to be repaired or repaired, the right of withdrawal is void.

Only items that are in their original packaging, together with all accessories, any user manuals and invoice or proof of purchase can be returned.

If the Client properly revokes the agreement, Used-djgear will refund all payments received from the Client up to that point, including any delivery costs, to the Client within a maximum of 14 calendar days after Used-djgear is notified of the Client's decision to revoke the agreement. In case of sales agreements, Used-djgear may wait to refund until it has received all goods back.

Any additional costs resulting from the Client's choice of a mode of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by Used-djgear will not be refunded.

Used-djgear shall refund the Client with the same means of payment with which the Client made the original transaction, unless the Client has expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, the Client shall not be charged for such refund.

Article 7: Guarantee

Under the Act of September 21, 2004 on the protection of consumers in the sale of consumer goods, the consumer has legal rights. For second-hand goods, the legal warranty period is one year. This legal warranty applies from the date of delivery to the first owner.

To invoke the warranty, the Customer must be able to present proof of purchase. Customers are advised to keep the original packaging of the goods.

For items purchased online and delivered to the Client's home, the Client must contact Used-djgear customer service and return the item to Used-djgear at their own expense.

Upon discovery of a defect, the Client must inform Used-djgear as soon as possible. In any case, any defect must be reported by the Client within 2 months after it has been detected. After that any right to repair or replacement expires.

The warranty (commercial and / or legal) is never applicable to defects caused by accidents, neglect, falls, use of the article contrary to the purpose for which it was designed, failure to comply with the instructions or manual, modifications or alterations to the article, heavy-handed use, poor maintenance, or any other abnormal or incorrect use. If the equipment is opened, attempted to be repaired or repaired, the warranty will be voided.

Defects that become apparent after a period of 6 months following the date of purchase, or delivery as the case may be, are not considered to be hidden defects, unless proven otherwise by the Customer.
